CURRENTLY ALL COURIERS/CANADAPOST HAVE SUSPENDED ANY "GUARANTEED DELIVERY" SERVICES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS BY THE COURIERS FOR CONDITIONS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
IN THE RARE EVENT EITHER THE COURIER COMPANY OR POST OFFICE MISPLACES YOUR ORDER WE WILL OPEN A CASE AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN "LOST" WE WILL ACCOMMODATE BY OFFERING A FULL REFUND OR RE-SENDING ANOTHER PACKAGE. AGAIN, THIS IS VERY RARE AND WE WILL DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO HELP RESOLVE WITH THE COURIER/POST OFFICE.
