I submitted my order on April 21 and the package arrived on May 23 (I live in the American Midwest, for reference). There wasn't a deadline, so I didn't pay for any express customization or express shipping. The primary difference in customization between HA and the NHL shop is that the NHL shop uses single-layer vinyl numbers, where the black borders around the letters are printed on and will fade away with repeated washing. For those who haven't seen an authentic Blackhawks jersey in person, their chest logo is softer and more supple than the logos on other teams such as the Wild and the Jets, giving the jersey a more flexible feel.

I now own 1/3rd of team jerseys thanks to Hockey Authentic their work is worth the money and wait.

So excited with my second purchase from HA. The quality of the letters, logo, numbers and stitching are second to none. Made the mistake of ordering thru the NHL "official provider" and was disappointed in the quality. If you want the best there is only Hockey Authentic for jerseys
