I was expecting a great jersey given Hockey Authentic's reputation but I was blown away regardless. It started with excellent customer service when I wanted to have the Jagr jersey retirement ceremony patch sewn on next to the "C". The rep was more than accommodating and made the whole process easy. The team sewed on the name and numbers ahead of time to get me my order more quickly. As soon as they got the patch from me they sewed it on quick and got it right to me. The quality was outstanding. As you can see in the pictures the quality of the stitching is second to none. The jersey is fantastic overall. Just a great experience overall. I've already ordered another jersey from them and will continue to do so in the future.
